PETER PAN’S LETTER.

]QKAR GIRLS AND BOYS, This week has been Ilk© Christmas, an’d Springtime, and Birthday Time all rolled Into one for Peter. First there was all the excitement of the King's Birthday with Jdst crowds and crowds of people and the tramp, tramp, tramp of feet on the pavement all day long, and then there was a Springtime feel In the air and sunshine everywhere. Peter has seen paper whites, yellow Jonquils looking ao gay, daphne, Irises, a few golden nasturtiums, and even 6ome wonderful little Miles of the valley. And then up came Postle with two more exciting bulgy parcels, one fuU of Peggy Squares, gold ones and green ones, pink ones and blue ones, arid tho other of the prettiest baby clothes; and what a disappointment—no name. But he says “Thank you very much ” for them, Just the same, and perhaps someone will write and tell us from whom they both oame.

And the twins have been fairly bubbling over all tho week. They saw the seals, and went on the train and the merry-go-round, and did everything there was to do. And the Wendy-person has been bustling round very busily, upsetting all Peter’s papers and making sure the room was tidy for her visitors. Ho has not seen her since, but he Is sure when he does she will have lots of exoltln'g things to toll.

Don’t forgot those Peggy Squares we need, and the qomlcs that are wanted so badly, will you? Now all your holidays are over for a little the Mailbag is waiting very hopefully Indeed.

Lots of love to you, big ones and tiny ones, and spring flowers from your
