"6TALLANQE THORNES'* STUD. OFFERING AT QLAUDELANDS. The complete dispersal of the “Stallange Thornes" stud, the property of Mr W. R. Shaltock, offers a great opportunity to pedigree Tamworth breeders to include proved prolific blood in their herds. The stud was founded with highclass Importations. The dispersal gives Tamworth breeders the best opportunity ever presented in the Dominion of introducing into studs a valuable out-cross of the best English and Australian blood, while the occasion will he unique for those desirous of securing high-class foundation stock. Many of the Importations that Mr Shattock Imado aro still in the stud and will be Included in the offering. The offering comprises many star lots, but some worthy of special mention are the throe English importations: Baulking Golden King (imp.), senior sire, considered to be one of the best typos Imported into this country; Berkswell Constance 15th, a great sow and winner at tho R.A.S.E. Show in England; Rufforth Brilliant Girl (limp.), winner of first prize at the Wotherby Show In 1931 and fourth at ' tho R.A.S.E. Show In tho same year.
There will be many other notable offerings,, carrying' groat Imported stock, and breeders should be keen to participate in the bidding for any of llio catalogued lots.
