MORTGAGE ACT. MR F. LYE’S ADDRESS. Mr F. Lye, M.P., gave a very Interesting address on the Mortgage Corporation Act to a large gathering in the Maungatautari. Hall on Tuesday evening. the details or the Act were rally explained by Mr Lye, and numerous questions were asked and answered. , In replying 1 to a vote of tlianKs, Mr Lye gave a short address on the advantages or a member or the British Empire.
