MR D. ARDELL. INTERNAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT (By Telegraph— ttpss association. 1 WELLINGTON, Friday. The retirement is announced of Air D. Ardell of the Internal Affairs Department, after 40 years’ service. For several years he has been in charge of the entertainment of distinguished visitors.
