MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED.
COLLISION WITH CAR.

•WELLINGTON, Monday
In a collision with a mothr-car at the Hutt Bridge at 9.45 -to-night a motor-oyclist, Mr Keith Johnstone, of Wftilui Avenue, Lower Hutt, received head injuries from which he died al.efitist Immediately.
CAUGHT IN BELTING.
C— ; MAN’S SEVERE INJURIES.
WHANGAR-EI, Monday.
When working at a lime-orushlng plant this afternoon at Taurlkura 'Mr Duncan Vinson, aged 3-6, a married man, received a fraoture of -both bones of the left forearm and lacerations -to his face. He was engaged in starting the engine, -the belt of which, kept slipping. In endeavouring to replace it Mr Vinson became entangled in the belting and was whirled off -his feet. His condition is satisfactory.
