BURMISTER WINS FROM WILLIAMS AUCKLAND, Tuesday. The opening wrestling bout of the 1935 season between Sam Burniister and the American heavy-weight, Cy Williams, ended in the fourth round, when after each man had gained a fall, Williams was disqualified for repeatedly kicking his opponent on the face and body, and other illegal tactics.

Feather-weight.—E. Pinohes, Bst. 121 b., beat G. Wall, 9st. 51b., by two straight falls.

Welter-weight.—F. Murphy, lost., beat E. Ivey, lOst. 51b., by two straight falls. . Middle-weight.—J. McDonald, list. 21b., beat E. Johnston, list., by one fair in the final round.

Middleweight.—W.. Ilawken, list 41b., drew with R. Tupp, list., no falls being registered.
