FINE OF £ls IMPOSED. DRIVING LICENSE CANCELLED. Wellington; Friday. "The defendant has -had one lesson, and it Is Impossible bo extend any further leniency to him v " said the magistrate, Mr J. H. Luxford, 'to-day, regarding Herbert Henry Waters (26), wood and coal merchant, who was charged with having been intoxicated while in charge of . a motor truck. . Waters was fined £ls and his driving license was cancelled for three years.
