IN NEW ZEALAND CURRENCY. ASSURANCE BY MINISTER. WELLIXGTON, Friday. In the House of Representatives today, in reply to an urgent question by .Mr. W. Nash (Labour —Hull), who asked llie .Minister whether lie could not arrange for import and export tignres compiled in liis office lo he prepared in Dominion currency. Hon. .1. (i. Coales agreed that if it could he arranged without undue additional expense Iradc statistics should show llie value of imports- and exports in local currency. lie said lie had been going into Hie mailer and had found that if certain modincations were made in the method it would be possible to provide for the change. He proposed to take the matter up with the .Minister in charge of the Statistician's Department with a view to the publication of figures fn New Zealand, currency,
