AUTUMN FLOWERS

SHOW IN HAMILTON. AH arrangements have been finalised lor ihe Hamilton Horticultural Society’s autumn show, which will be held in Hie Alexandra Hall on Tuesday. Dahlias will, of course, he the feature of the show, but ample provision is made in the schedule for cut flower classes, decorative work ami exhibits of fruit and vegetables. The Women’s Institute competition will also be held. Mr A. J. Shaiier, of Palmerston North, who will judge the dahlias and cut flowers, will stage a large exhibit of Hie latest novelty dahlias, while at least Iwo 'Auckland dahlia specialists will also have displays. The decorative exhibits will be judged by Mrs II- Vcrcoe and Hie fruit and veger tables by Air P. Best.
