Indications are for continued fine weather to-day and pbssibly to-morrow, with the present south-easterly winds varying to north-easterly. Warmer temperatures may be experienced. The Rainfall. The special forecast hy the Government Meteorologist covering the WalkatoThames Valley Is a 9 follows: Forecast: Light to moderate east to north-east winds. Weather fair to fine and warm. General Inference: An Intense anti-cyclone is now centred near Chatham Islands, while a shallow depression is approaching the southern portion of the Dominion from the Tasman Sea.
