EARLY ADJOURNMENT. RESUMPTION LATER. (omcial wireless.) (Received Deo. 18, 2.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Dec. 17. It is anticipated that an announcement will shortly be made notifying the adjournment of tlio naval converwhich have been proceeding in London for the last two months. It is considered likely that arrangements will also have been agreed upon providing for their resumption at some time in the future. The date for resumption, it is understood, was discussed by Sir John Simon, Mr Norman Davis and Admiral Stanloy (of the American naval delegation), and Mr Matsudaira (Japanese Ambassador) when they played golf together at Walton Heath on Saturday.
