In the semi-final of the mixed doubles Ilopman and Mrs I-lopman defeated Thompson and Miss Hattersiey, 6—4, ! 7—5. • j Tlie Ilopmans will meet Perry and j Miss Round in the final at the begin- ! ning of the Australian championships 1 in Melbourne next month. Tlie final was postponed owing to Perry's visit to Sydney. The play to-day was generally ierratic, the men especially being off their game. It Is announced definitely that the Australian championships will he played in Melbourne, even if all the courts at Kooyong are not available. Entries, closed to-day.
