PUBLIC NOTICE. TN THE SUPREME COURT OP NEW ± ZEALAND. HAMILTON DISTRICT. IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1933 AND. IN THE MATTER of the Finance Corporation of N.Z. Limited. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an Order dated the 4th. day of December 1934 THIS HONOURABLE COURT has directed a meeting of the holders of the preference shares of the above oompany-for the purpose- of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification the scheme of arrangement to be made between the said Company and the holders of such preference shares. The said meeting will be held at the Methodist Church Hall, London Street, Hamilton, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the loth, day of January, 1935 at which place and time all preference shareholders are requested to attend. A copy of the soheme of arrangement can be seen at the offices of Messieurs Mac Diarmid, Mears and Gray, Wesley Chambers,, Victoria Street, Hamilton, the Solicitors of the Company. The Preference Shareholders may attend such meeting and vote in person or by proxy provided all proxies are deposited at the registered - office of the Company at, Hamilton not later than 48 hours before the time fixed for holding such meeting. The Court has appointed Thomas Lace Caley of Auckland, Insurance Agent or failing him Selwyn Samuel James Sheaf of Hamilton, Company Manager to be chairman of the said meeting. The above-mentioned scheme will be subject to the subsequent approval of the Court. Dated this 12th. day of December, 1934.
