(To the Editor.) Sir, —I was pleased to see that one member of the Beautifying Society voiced the opinion that it would he a pity to debar children from Parana Park. In my opinion that is good, common sense. It was probably annoying to those in charge to find some damage done, but it was very slight. In any case, the park is for the people, and should have been made so that any number could enjoy themselves in such congenial surroundings. I would suggest that It would be a graceful action if the society rescinded that motion. I feel sure that it would meet with general public approval.— I am, etc., HUGH MORRISON.
