PETROL TAX REFUND. NINE MONTHS’ HARD LABOUR. (By Tcleg-rapn.—Presu Association.) AU G K LAND , Tu esd ay. Charles Joseph De Luca, a storekeeper, was sentenced to-day to nine •months’ hard labour for obtaining money by fraud in connection with a petrol tax refund allowed fishermen. Mr Justice lierdman said he was not disposed lo treat the -case lightly.
