THAMES VALLEY POWER BOARD. Mr J. Price presided at the September meeting or the Thames Valley Power Hoard, .Messrs 11. M. Corbett, F. E. Flatt, Colin Mason, J... McCormick,. 11. Mayn, W. R. Lowry, C. A. Arthur, ,T. Pohlen and J. M. Allen also being presort. Claims Tor stock electrocuted were received from J. D. McLaren, Mangalti, £2B, and J. Randle, Waharoa, £5. The total number of consumers now connected- to the Board’s mains Is 0148. Forty-nine lighting and heating consumers were connected during August, also 16 electric ranges, 21 water heaters, and 58 motors on farms of which 30 wero milking motors. The engineer (Mr IV. G. McLeod) reported on the work carried out In August In the various districts.
