PLAY READING CIRCLE. Mr (H. Rowbotham presided at the annual meeting- of the Te Aroha Play Reading Circle. The annual report and balancesheet were adopted, the latter showing a credit balance or £ll 16s 6(1 with assets valued at £l9 6s Od. The financial members number 50. The election or omcors resulted as follows; —Leader. Mr G. H. IS'lcholls; secretary and treasurer, Mr D. Budd; assistant secretary, Mr Vincent; committee, Messrs 11. Rowbotham, E. 11. Wright v. Mcsdames Vickers, 11. Rowbotliam and Miss Evelyn Ray. The Kennel Club. The Te Aroha Kennel Club has decided to include in its programme field events, Including a sheep dog’s trial and retrieving and utility contests.
