Schuschnigg (the Vice-Chancellor and Chancellor respectively), outlined the Government’s policy to 300,000 assembled before the ex-imperial Palace in connection with a patriotic front memorial meeting to Dr. Dollfuss, in the presence of President Mikla-s and members of Cabinet and diplomats. M. Schuschnigg said he declined to make peace with Dr. Dollfuss’ derers, but he emphasised friendship with patriotic Austrian workers.
