MUTTON AND WOOL.
NEW BOARD OPPOSED. RESOLUTION AT MARTON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MARTON, Tuesday. “That this meeting definitely opposes the formation of any new boat’d or council for sheep or wool, or the imposition of any levy on wool, and suggests that the meat board be used to co-operate with the Sheep Breeders’ Association and ■ generally assist in further improving Bur sheep and wool.” The-foregoing resolution was carried at a largely attended meeting of Southern Rangltilcei sheepfarmers at Marton.
Air A. L. Wheeler was appointed delegate to give evidence before the Agricultural Committee in the House of Representatives.
