POWER BOARD LOANS. (Special to Times). TE AWAMUTU, Monday. The proposed conversion of tho loans of the To 'Awamulu Electric Power Board under the terms of the Local Authorities Internal Reduction Acl, i 932-33, was I lie subject of a report presented by the secretarymanager, Mr D. McArthur, at a meeting of the board on Saturday. Full approval was given the report, which showed that the grand total of the board's loans was £ ISO,OOO. Under the proposed scheme for conversion the. annual payment over a period of 30 years will remain steady at £9772, instead of £9934 at present. Tho average saving on annual charges will amount lo £503 10s sd, on a total of £15,114 over Ihe entire term-
