FAIRFIELD WATER-SUPPLY LOAN. pURSUANt to Section 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes to raise a loan of £I3OO, under the provisions of the said Act and all other Acts and powers (if any) enabling it In that behalf, for the purpose of providing a water-supply in the area known as Fairfield, adjoining the Borough of Hamilton. Tlie proposed security is a special annually recurring rate of threeeighths of a penny (3-8 d) in the pound on the capital value of all rateable properly in the Fairfield Water Supply Special Rating Area, hereinafter described, to cover interest, sinking fund and other charges on the said Ran. The proposed term is 20 years and the provision for repayment is a sinking fund of not less than £3 7S 0d per centum per annum. It is proposed to pay out of tne loan the cost of raising the loan, but no portion oX tlie interest or sinking fund. FAIRFIELD WATER SUPPLY SPECIAL RATING AREA. All lb at area in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, in the County of Waikato, included within the following boundaries: —Commencing at the north-western corner of Lot 20 of Secs. 181, 212 and 213, Ivlrikirlroa Parish, bounded towards the north by Lots 18, 9 and 8 of Secs. 180/1, Ivlrikirlroa Parish; towards the east liv Lots 29 of Sec. 181, 30, 31, 32 and 33 of Sec. 213 Ivlrikirlroa Parish; towards the south by the Borough of Hamilton; towards the south-west generally by the said Borough of Hamilton, and Lots 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, i(‘>, 13, 14, and 13, of Lot 3 and part- I.ot 2of Sections 178 and 210, Ivirikiriroa Parish; towards tlie north by part Lot 8 or Sections 178/179 Kirikiriroa Parish; towards the west by the said Lot 8; and towards the north-west by a line crossing a road to Hie point of commencement.
