QUESTION OF PROFESSIONALISM. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRIST CHURCH, Tuesday. The New Zealand Cycling Federation decided to ask the cash and amateur controlling bodies to forward the names of all registered riders as soon as possible. A member explained that it had become too easy for cash riders to get reinstated.
