PARIS, March 12. r l’he police at Channel ports arß keeping watch ' for a handsome socalled count, aged 30, in connection with tlie mysterious death of Louise, the pretty wife of tlie wealthy grain dealer. M Herd, who was found dead in a half-filled bath in a luxurious fiat in Hie Champs Klysee. Madame Herd's maid told tHe police tier mistress foretold that she might lie murdered ami directed that, if she was, the police should be informed and that the murderer’s name would be found on one of three visiting cards hidden in a cupboard.

The police found tlie two others and accounted for their movements. Tho third disappeared.
