SERIOUS REVOLT. Japanese officer killed. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Cnovrla-iIL (Received March 13, 10.30 a.m.) KOBE, March 12. A message received here states, that heavy fighting is reported on the' Sungari river 25 miles below Ilan. Detachment-Commander llzuka was killed. The revolt is sufficiently serious to delay the efforts to open tlie country by motor road along the Sungari valley to a settlement of military colonists in tlie neighbourhood of Ilan.
