MORRINSVILLE BRANCH.
THE ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Morrinsvillc branch of the Farmers’ Union, Mr It. A. S. Browne presided. The president reviewed the economic problems facing the farming industry. Members paid tributes to the work of Mr Browne as president and Mr J. W. Clark as secretary. Officers were elected as follows: President, .Mr Jt. A. S. Browne; vicepresidents, Messrs S. A. Ferguson, and M. E. Barrowelough; secretary, Mr J. W. Clark; executive, Messrs F. It. Hart, T. A. Turner, F. N. Smith, N. E. Mile kelson, A. Topham, A. Wild, G. 11. Pfrrit, W Bly, W. C. Woodley, F. West, J. Grayden, F. K. Seymour, K. Campbell and'h. Brightwcll; delegates to sub-province, Messrs Barrowclough, Browne, Clark, Pirrit, Mikkelsen, Campbell and Ferguson.
