NOT A RACE. CREWS ROW SEPARATELY. LONDON, March 12. The Oxford-Cambridge women’s boat race was not a race in the ordinary sense. The boats were rowed over the course separately. Cambridge won the toss and chose to row after Oxford. Large crowds were present.
