APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION. SUB-LIEUTENANT H. KIDSTON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association ) BLENHEIM, Monday. Sub-Lieutenant 11. B. A. Kidston, R.N., is appealing to ilie Supreme Court against his recent conviction in the Magistrate’s Court and sentence lo disqualification from holding a motor driver’s license for alleged dangerous driving. The case is set down for to-morrow.
