THE AUCKLAND MARKETS. FAIR LIST OF SALES. (By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Monday. There was a good tone on the market when the brokers commenced a fresh week. At the first call a fair list of sales was put -through, ami there was brisk bidding for the moro popular lines. Colonion sugars showed a further advance with a sale at £OS, bringing them hack to the peak price realised in January. In Hie banking scclion New South Wales were again in demand at £33 17s Od and New Zoalamls were steady at between £2 8s 3d and £2 8s Od. Auckland Gas failed to maintain the whole of Hie recent gains, and after a sale lower at £1 5s Od buyers dropped back to £t 5s 4d, with a seller at £1 5s Sd.
