SPECIAL CHRISTMAS SERVICE. METHODIST CHURCH CELEBRATION Divine worship is to bo celebrated by the unemployed of Hamilton on Christmas Day, when a service will bo conducted by the Rev. 11. T. Peat, at St. Paul’s Methodist Church, London Street, commencing at nine o’clock. Choral singing is to play a prominent part, and in addition to a special address by Mr Peat, soios and oilier numbers will lie sung. There was no lack of volunteers lo take the duties of soloists, and every endeavour is to be made, to secure a full attendance. The public is also invited to attend, although the service is primarily for the unemployed.
