RECEPTION AT WELLINGTON. MR ROOSEVELT’S GOOD WISHES(Ry Telegraph.—Press Association.! WELLIN’!iTi >,\, Friday. A wireless message from I lie President of the United Slates, President Roosevelt., received hy Bear-Admiral Byrd 10-nighL and read by I lie Mayor of Wellington. Mr T. C. A. Hislop, during a combined reception tendered the explorer, conveyed good wishes to Wellington and expressed appreciation of Admiral Byrd having evoked feelings of affection. The reception was largely attended. The Minister of Lands, the lion. E. A. Ransom, represented the Government.
