ANNUAL INSTALLATION.

MANCHESTER UNITY ODDFELLOWS FUNCTION AT HAAIILTON. The newly-elected officers of the Loyal Hamilton Lodge were installed in the lodge room, Toorak Chambers, tyst evening, by the District Grand Master, Bro. F. Hard (Tuakau), the assisting officers being P. D'. G. Ai. Bro. F. Best (Hamilton), and P. D. G. AI. Bro. R. T. SCOtt (Morrlnsvilte). There were nearly 200 members present, including visitors from Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Huntly Ngaruawahia, Morrinsville, Waitok, and ■Brlttania (Wellington) Lodges. The Morrinsville members, numbering about 60, travelled by special train. The Hamilton Lodge officers Installed were: —N.G., Bro. B. Haverbier; V.G., Bro. W. Boocock; E.S., Sister A. F. Fawcett; 1.P.N.G., Bro. C. F. Kilburn.

After the lodge function, all present adjourned to the supper-room, where the following toasts were honoured: —“The King” “New Zealand Branch and Auckland District,” proposed by P.G., Bro. T. W. Thompson and replied to by the District Grand Master; “The proposed by P.D.G.M., Bro. F. Best, and replied to by a representative of each lodge present : “The Ladies," proposed by Bro. F. Hard, and replied to by Sister A. F. Fawcett. During the evening Bro. G. F. Kitburn was presented with a Past Grand’s framed emblem cv the Grand Master, on behalf of the Hamilton Lodge. After supper dancing was indulged in to music supplied by Hildreth's Orchestra^
