OCCUPANTS LOSE EVERYTHING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WHANGAREI, Thursday. Shortly before midnight fire completely destroyed the residence of Mr William Martin at Tlkipunga. Mrs Martin and Mrs S. R. S. Bowyer, who was spending the night at the’ house, and their children were in bed. Mr Martin and Mr Bowyer had been away during the evening and when they returned Just before midnight they found the kitchen to be In flames. The occupants escaped, but practically none of their personal effects was saved.
