LATEST QUOTATIONS. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received Dec. 8, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 7. Danish butter is quoted at 110 s per cwt. Australian and "New Zealand is steadier.. Choicest salted, both at 71s to 725; unsalted, New Zealand 88s to 90s; Australian, 80s to 84s. Cheese is dull. New Zealand coloured 46s 6d, white 48s; Australian ooloured 44s to 455.

Butter traders generally welcome the Australian and New Zealand decision regarding the export of butter, which they believe will have a beneficial effect. It is not expected .to cause any material improvement in prices at present, but it is likely to prevent a further fail. Also, the smaller arrivals will probably mean a considerable reduction in cold stored stocks here.
