RELIEF WORKERS.

NO. 5 SCHEME CRITICISED. DANNEVIRKE, Thursday. When the new rules for the employment of relief workers under the No.' 5 Scheme were considered this morning hv the Danncvirke County Council it was decided unanimously to inform the Commissioner ol Ihe Unemployment Board that in its opinion the scheme should he withdrawn. Councillors were of opinion that men would never be re-absorbed until’ this scheme was withdrawn.
