LATE J. T. HAWKE’S WILL LIFE INTERESTS TO DEPENDENT* CATHOLIC CHURCH LEFT RESIDUE. At the Supreme Court, Hamilton, to-day probate of the will of the late James Thomas Hawke, of Hamilton, was granted by His Honour Mr Justice Herdman to the Public Trustee. After making provision, inter alia for the widow and giving successive life interests to children and grandchildren, deceased’s will bequeaths the residue to the Roman Catholic Hierarchy of New Zealand for specified church purposes.
