Progress In Turkey. The Constantinople correspondent of the Times says that Mustapha Kemal’s Cabinet Is launching an Industrial five years’ plan covering the construction of 14 factories, of which 12 will be State-owned, producing coke, yarns, bottles, paper tissues, cellulose and chemioals.
