FIRE BRIGADE CALL.

SMOKE FROM BUILDING. SEIZING OF A MOTOR. Clouds of smoke issuing from a shop near the corner of Victoria and Rostrevor Streets, occupied by Mr J. A. Wood as a small goods store, caused people going to work early this morning to give the alarm. When the brigade arrived smoke was coming out of the building and, forcing an entrance, firemen found that the smoke was caused by an electric motor in the refrigerator seizing.

No damage, other than that to the motor, was caused. N
