There Is a comparatively light list of civil business for the Supreme Court sessions opening before Mr Justice Herdman at Hamilton on luesday. The 'cases set down for hearing are as follows: —

Divorce. Before a Judge Alone. James Cochrane Cleland v. Marie Cleland, failure to comply with decree for restitution of conjugal rights; John Robert Voyle v. Mary Veronica Voyle, failure to comply with decree for restitution of conjugal rights; Gladys Margaret Cannons v. Edgar Leonard A. Cannons, alleged adultery; Gladys May McKey v. Wales Theodore M. C.
