DEALINGS AT A PREMIUM. / (Official Wireless. 1 (Received Oct. 7, 2.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 6. On the Stock Exchange to-day dealings started in New Zealand per cents on the basis of five-eighths premium, which soon increased to a fifteen-sixteenth premium.
