TRADE AGREEMENT.
FINNISH PACT SIGNED. OTHER NEGOTIATIONS PENDING. (Omctal Wireless.) RUGBY, September 29. An Anglo-Finnish trade agreement was signed at Helsingfors this afternoon. The terms of the agreement will be made public shortly. The conclusion of the agreement marks a further stage in the British Government’s trade policy which has been -followed since the Ottawa Conference, when trade relations within the Empire were placed on a new basis. Agreements have now been completed with Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, and negotiations with several other countries •re in Immediate contemplation.
