Court for trial on a charge of negligent driving so as to cause death. The accident in respect of which the charge was made occurred on the night of May 21, when defendant was driving back to Palmerston North. He attempted to cross the railway at Porirua, defendant's wife and foui-year-old daughter, Mrs Gaskin and Miss Enright all losing their lives. Bail was allowed in one surety of £SO. I :
