ST. PAUL'S TENNIB CLUB.

THE ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting or St. Paul’# Tennis Cluh the Rev. Jas. Richards presided. The annual report showed a .successful season and the balance-sheet a healthy nnanclal position. The following officers were elected: —• Patron, Mr G. F. Clark (re-elected); president, Rev. Jas. Richards (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs C. W. Hooker, A. W. Gane and E. T. Glover; secretary and treasurer, Mr H. Hooker; club captain, Mr J. Parker.

The official opening was fixed for Saturday, October 7, to take the Torm of a Yankee tournament.
