SUPREME COURT.
SESSIONS IN HAMILTON. TWO CRIMINAL CASES. CIVIL BUSINESS. The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court will open at Hamilton on Tuesday, before Mr Justice Smith. Fixtures in connection with the list of civil cases set down for hearing will be made by His Honour on Monday at 2.30 p.m. There is a smaller list of criminal cases than usual. Only two prisoners are scheduled to appear and both will be arraigned on charges involving sexual offences. Civil Cases (Before a Judge.) Winstone Leonard Bayliss and Marjorie Ellen Bayliss v.
