Optimism In Wellington —Nearly every person who goes to Wellington comes away impressed with the buoyant manner of the people there. “And it is not the buoyancy usually associated with airy generalities,” commented a Hastings business man during a talk with a Hawke’s Bay Tribune reporter. “ The average man in Wellington toi-day believes affairs will soon right themselves, even as his own business has improved. Many of my business friends there told me when ■I was there last week that they looked forward to one of the brightest seasons they had experienced for a long time. And with their own optimism they are infecting their fellow citizens with the belief that brighter days are ahead." r
