Weather cloudy to overcast, with further rain. Temperatures becoming cold. Seas rough. ,' General ■ Inference: A deep depression is now passing the southern, extremity of the Dominion. A rather intense anti-cyclone is moving across Australia and tha barometers are already rising, under its' influence over the western portion of the Tasman Sea. THE RAINFALL.
