FAREWELL PARTY.

FOR MISS ALISON BELL. Miss Erena Ward gave a very jolly party yesterday morning for Miss Alison Bell, who will leave shortly for Auckland. An amusing limerick competition about the guest of honour was played and was won by Mrs R. D. McFarland. Miss Ward received her guests in a woollen frock of brown and orange shades, Miss Bell wearing a deep violet pullover worn with a Donegal tweed skirt. Those present were: Mrs R. D. McFarland, Mrs D’Arcy Smith, Mrs Allan Bremner, Misses Grey Hammoricl, Del Yule, Ethel Upton, Cecille Chltty, Betty Manning, Mary Gillies and Margaret Clayton Greene.
