ANZAC DAY. Anzac Day (Tuesday, April 25) will he observed as a close holiday in the post and telegraph, money-order, and savings bank departments. On Monday, 2411 i inst., a counter delivery of letters (registered and ordinary) will be made between 7 and 8 p.m.
