REGENT BALLROOM

JOLLY EASTER MONDAY NIGHT. . The appreciation of the patrons and friends was shown by the success, of the Easier Monday dance held In the Regent Hall room. The music was supplied by the Regent Dance Band. During the evening Mr Taylor, of the Blind Institute, Auckland, played cornet solos which included “The Holy City” and “Somewhere a Voice is Calling.” After supper.-Mr Taylor rendered “The Lost Chord,” which was greatly appreciated, net a sound being heard during the playing, which showed the appreciation of the patrons. Monte Carlo's were won by Mrs E. Webber and partner and Miss Harris and partner. Easter egg novelties were again given to mark the Easter Day. Mr Roberts played the supper extras.
