CHRYSANTHEMUM 'SHOW

EXHIBITION IN HAMILTON. BIG DISPLAY NEXT WEEK. -Favoured with a good growing season, Hamilton’s gardens include many fine chrysanthemums this year, and indications point to the Hamilton Horticultural Society’s annual chrysanthemum show being the best yet held. The show is a two-day event, and will be staged in St. Peter’s Hall next Thursday and Friday. A good entry of exhibits from, many parts of ihe district, including Te Awamutu and Cambridge, has been forthcoming, and a great display is -assured. The principal amateur class will be the competition for the Chrysanthemum Cup, presented by Dr. F. D. Pinfold, which is being contested for the first time.
