BOY FOUND DEAD.
DRAGGED BY HORSES. ASHBURTON, Thursday. Thought to have been dragged by the team he had been driving all day, William Painter, aged 15$ years, was found dead in a paddock on Mr J. Parsons’ farm at Eiffelton last'evening. The cause of death is not easily ascertainable, and a post-mortem Is being held to define it. Deoeased was the son of Mr M. C. W. Painter, of Eiffelton.
